I'm trying to reinstall the IS400 driver on an older machine that has usb-serial connection. When a job is sent over, it shows a transfer error. Any ideas? Thanks, Luann

Probably a com port # error- first to try is plug into different USB ports on the computer-

Not all USB-Serial(RS-232)converters are the same. Some will work when others do not. If you need a different COM port number for it to work, you can easily
change the COM port number (and other parameters) in Device Manager [click on "Ports(COM-LPT)" then Properties].
Longtai 460 with 100 watt EFR, mostly for fun. More power is good!! And a shop with enough wood working tools to make a lot of sawdust. Ex-owner of Shenhui 460-80 and engraving business with 45 watt Epilog Mini18.
