    Blanket Chest

My wife's grandfather built furniture and projects in the 1920's and 1930's using Juniper wood. My wife wanted a blanket chest and her brother has some rough sawn Juniper that was harvested several years ago. It was a pain working with the rough sawn lumber but the wife is happy.

I have no idea how these photos got turned 90 degrees.

I also really like the grain and especially the color.
