Hi I just bought a Hitachi CB75F band saw and the blade guides or as they are called in the literature "blade stabilizers" are missing. I am going to machine some out of phenolic using my cnc machine.
Can anyone tell me what the thickness of the phenolic is? It looks like 1/4" but I imagine not too critical. Here is a picture of what I think the dimensions of the part is. If anyone wants to verify these dimensions that's fine but again not terribly critical.
