    stools and 3 sided box

    I've turned a lot more this week but these are the most exciting. The black stool I made in 2000 just before teaching a stool making class. The other 2 I made this week. Wanted to practice my air brushing so I made the Butterfly. Then I wanted to make turned version of a Fart Muffler stool that someone made my Dad about 20 years ago. The box is a 3 sided box and I textured all 3 sides differently.

    Great looking stools. Never heard of the "fart muffler" but I could see it coming in handy.
    Love the 3 sided box, how about a tutorial?

    The little stools are neat, but the 3 sided box is super. Hard to see the joint and the idea of 3 different textures to highlight the 3 twisted sides is a high point.
