    HF dust collector

I'd like to get more suction out of my dust collector so I'm thinking of doing the Wynn Environmental Harbor Freight dust collector modification. https://wynnenv.com/woodworking-filters/harbor-freight-collectors/

I currently have the Jet 1hp 650CFM collector.

Does anyone know if the HF 2hp collector can be wired for 220v?

    Thanks - Richard

Mine could not. It was 110V only but that was 7 years ago and perhaps has changed since then on current models.

I don't think either of the HF 2 hp DC's can be run on anything but 110v.

    Shoot, that's too bad.
    Thanks for your replies.

  5. You might want to look inside the cover where the power cord enters the motor, if it has one. If a motor can be wired for multiple voltages, the wiring diagram is typically there.
