Rustoleum has a very clever marketing department. Marketing typically exaggerates the good qualities and completely forgets the marginal properties. Its a good idea in general to use a coating system that works for oneself and get experience with it. Repetition is a good teacher, especially if notes are kept as to what one does each time including what the weather was like. Cheers
