Need Source for Duplicating Weatherby Patterns

I have a client with hundreds of old Weatherby rifles stocks. He has bought the rights to duplicate a couple engraving patterns that haven't been produced in a long time. Problem is they were not able to obtain a usable vector image for me to do the engraving. These have to be identical to the originals. I have a couple of those patterned stocks but need to find someone who can digitize the patterns for the engraver.

Here is a sample of 2 of the panels. The patterns I need are both 5 panel designs.
