2005 Contributor

I think the 'contributor' designation is a good idea.

Will everyone's designation drop to 'Member' Jan 1st 2006, or stay at '2005 Contributor' and be amended to '2006 Contributor' when a donation is received in that year?

I have to agree with Ian. If everyone who bought a hat or contributed got a special designation, it might alienate new folks right away.

I'm just guessing here guys...but I'll bet that the confirmation is either automated or generated by Jackie ...and then Aaron would have to handle the database update after being notified by Jackie, at which time, your designator would be updated. I bet this is in terms of days.

...But then...I'm just guessing here.

Actually Jackie inputs the amount donated in the individuals back office. Aaron has a script that he wrote that updates the titles of all those who have donated. I am guessing that Aaron will run the script once each week.
