Router bit profiles for a shaper.

I have a crappy router table which is to small for the job at hand. I would like to take a router bit profile and have someone make either insert style knives (will have to by the system they grind for) or brazed tooling. Has anyone tried doing this in the past and if so who did you turn to?

What I'm doing is adding an edge detail to my finished cabinet doors. The smaller doors I can handle but the larger one are a problem. Working with A.M. some slight warpage is expected. On the router table I simply can't apply enough pressure in all directions to get a even result.

I could get a router spindle for the shaper but I think that is my last approach.

I've had good luck with Andrew from http://template-services.com

I've ordered stock corrugated HSS patterns as well as custom and have been pleased.

Not sure what the problem is using the router table but it was me I’d just use the router hand held.
