The good news is, I have the latest version of EZCad that works with Windows 10 and associated updates. I don't intend on using it just yet, but as time goes along I will configure it and may like it in time. But I really liked the auto focus feature on my old version. Why that is now gone from the latest version is beyond me.
I really enjoyed using EZCad2 from my Windows 10 desktop, so as a compromise I decided to setup a Windows 7 machine I had in the server rack as a new EZCad2 PC and moved my old version of EZCad2 I liked over to that unit.
So I would not have to go back and forth from my main Windows 10 computer over to the Windows 7, I added UltraVNC to the Windows 7 for remote control access.
Bottom line, I can now get all the Windows 10 updates, but still be able to use my old version of EZCad2 through remote desktop control on my Windows 10 desktop.
