    Thanks for looking in.

Ok, this is the spot where this Project will be going..
    IMG_3073 (640x480).jpg
Needs cleaned out. Because...this Project is now completed...
    IMG_3065 (480x640).jpg
2 coats of Amber Shellac for a finish. Open the doors..
    IMG_3066 (480x640).jpg
Lower cabinet will have the "household tools", mainly the ones sitting on the old, un-used Kennel
    IMG_3067 (640x480).jpg
One of these days, I might get good at doing these things.....
    IMG_3069 (640x480).jpg
    Details....fancy hinges, Walnut plugs...
    IMG_3072 (480x640).jpg
A view of the sides. Once this is in that corner....you won't be able to see this. Might be nice, if we move, that it may sit where everything can be seen...
    IMG_3068 (640x480).jpg
Might be the last time this drawer is this clean?
Thanks for following along, hope you all enjoyed the show....

Ok, have posted this over in the Projects section.

Someone didn't like the "open area" between the two units....so..
    IMG_3084 (640x480).jpg
Took a little while this evening...
    IMG_3085 (640x480).jpg
But there is a drawer sitting there....made a mess on the bench, again..
    IMG_3083 (640x480).jpg
I picked a couple latches for the doors today...
    IMG_3082 (640x480).jpg
And cleaned out the spot this cupboard will be going to...
    IMG_3081 (640x480).jpg
Other than that...not much got done, today...

Top of the bookcase now has Walnut plugs covering the counter-bored screws. Doors now have a brass latch installed. Took a while, and four trips up the steps from the shop.....Needed help with that base unit.....but..
IMG_3087 (640x480).jpgTop got a couple coats of shellac

Needed help to assemble this thing...

    IMG_3089 (640x480).jpg
Stands 73-1/2" tall. Looks like it fits it's new home?
Thanks for following along....hope I didn't bore anyone.....

Very nice Steven. I've heard of piston fit drawers but it looks like you have made a whole cabinet piston fit.

Ok...taking a week or two off from Projects....was a LONG build. Need a little "downtime" both from the shop, and to refresh the tools...

Glad everyone liked the Project....Daughter NOW wants one for her place.....we'll see.

Thanks for following along..not sure when or WHAT the next project will be..yet.
