    Is it possible to post pics from my iPhone and if so how. Thanks

    Yes. Make sure you’re in the “full site” mode (bottom of page to change from mobile view to full site).
    Start your post/thread, “go advanced” which allows you to add attachments, click manage attachments. Upper right will be the add images button and that will pop up the menu to select a photo from your phone.

    Steve, the upload process should deal with any necessary resizing if they are too big, if I'm not mistaken.

    If the files are larger than 1.4M (or is it 1.8M) you will need to use a file handling program or other means to shrink them down, iirc.

    I'm not sure there is a hard limit. I've tested with large files in the past and IIRC I was able to post some greater than 3M in file size. The forum algorithms automatically reduced the pixel dimensions and the file size.

    OK, here's a quick test: this image file size was 3.11M, 3648x2432 pixels
    Uploading it reduced it to 58.5K, 1200x800 pixels.

    I tried another file that was over 6 megs and it failed to load.
