    Per my reply in the other thread, check the file size. It has to be less than 100K to upload to SMC. Reduce the physical size of the photo to 640x480 pixels and make sure your JPG compression in your photo program is at about 10:1. You should get a 30-60K file size then, depending on the complexity of the image.
