    IS400 Issue Home position moving

Hello, I am getting desperate with this problem and it seems many have never heard of this. I have an gravograph is400 machine and on the y axis, it is homing 5/8" down from the home position even after I have calibrated it correctly. I talked to tech support and they thought is was a praille setting but it was not. Anyone have any solutions or at least heard of this? please let me know. Thank you

Is your default plate size the full 12.0079" x 8.2677"?
Is the program origin top left corner, center, or 'floating'?

Mine did this once and my problem turned out to be my origin was 'floating'. My G7 doesn't revert the origin when starting a new job, it starts the new job at the previous origin setting. Took me awhile to get used to that-

i'm not sure of this but I think the origin can be offset from the top left corner in the controller too.
