Yes they can, standard size bearings from VXB Bearings. Measure OD, ID, thickness of the bearing. An adjustable pin wrench from Harbor Frieght will work to disassemble.
It's likely just dry bearings that need to be lubricated.
even sealed bearings need that.
so before replacing, check various YouTube videos.
ive done that a few thousand new on mine, never replaced them
When mine became noisy and a little wobbly I did the 'research' on the Internet and after watching several videos I decided to return it to Oneway for them to service. Not THAT expensive and it was returned very quickly. I would sure consider this as well as doing the work myself.
