    Rain flapper

Since it's raining in here in California, I thought I'd share something I made when I first got my laser many years ago.

I run my 4" diameter exhaust tube through a hole in the side of my house to an outdoors box with a blower motor. From there it goes straight up a few feet above the roof line. When it rains, I press fit this little flapper valve so rain doesn't go down the tube. Works like a charm.

I'd share the file but it was made so long ago it's buried on an archive drive.

I design, engineer and program all sorts of things.

Oh, and I use Adobe Illustrator with an Epilog Mini.
