Anybody know off problem areas to look at, or what to look for on these? The day after tomorrow I'm going to look at one. It's white, so I'm guessing early 2000's for a year. Supposedly has a Tersa head, but it doesn't sound like the guy knows much about the machine.

The guard is missing in the pictures, they weren't sure if they had it or not. Any good aftermarket options? The one that Simantec sells, like Martin uses, (I can't remember the name), looks slick, but pricey.

I believe SUVAMatic is the jointer guard that Martin uses on the T54
