I'm looking to buy one. I got a quote for $380 shipped from China from a company on Alibaba. The vendor is Shandong Laser Source Technology Co., Ltd.. My question is, can I trust that it will be a real EFR tube? I've never bought anything on Alibaba before and I don't know that I trust it. I'm also wondering how likely it is that the tube would get here in one piece...

I know I can get tubes from Rabbit, Boss, or LightObject, but for some reason I'm stuck on getting an EFR.

Ask for a picture of the tube, I'll be able to tell if it's fake or not.

The naming convention is unusual, the tubes are designated CL1200 and are 60 watts agreed as standard. The genuine CL1200 is an excellent tube though, fantastic beam quality and great life expectancy

I was hoping you would see this, Dave. I thought the 1200CL was odd as well because I remember it being CL1200 last time I looked, but when I looked on EFR's site, they now seem to refer to it as 1200CL as well.

I asked for a photo. Hopefully they will send me one.

They look genuine, be aware though, on the spec label the details will be printed and not written in pen when it arrives if it's a genuine EFR

My ZS tube on my machine looks very similar. the label is NOT all the way filled out. But serial #, checker id, and the model number are all printed with the date of manufacture written by hand.
