Last winter I while experimenting with various laser projects, a made a gift
for one of my favorite TV guys, Dog the Bounty Hunter. Recently on a new episode, it was prominently displayed on the front of the desk for about 10
minutes. It's made from 1/4" oak, with a laser cut/engraved leather patch
on it, pen set and AA battery clock.

Yeh, after about 7 months without any response I wondered if it ever got there, sent the cheapest UPS rate to Hawaii which is by slow boat and takes 3 weeks.
Great thing is that we were not home that evening and had recorded it on the DVR. Have to figure out how to get it onto the PC from the cable box one day.
