Not woodworking related - but a question to the brightest group (that would let me join).
I want to take some MP3 files of lectures and convert to plain text, cheaply.
Has anyone used Dragon individual for such? Did it work?
Pertinent info: Mac, and single speaker.

I have used dragon to dictate letters. I have not played a recording into it and dont know if that's going to work. If it's you on the recording, Id bet it will. It works quite well but you have to spend time training it - talking into it multiple times, correcting its misinterpretations in its database, etc. Personally, I value the software and would buy it again.
