Thanks, Keith. He spent Monday and Tuesday of last week with us, and he is a really good fit for our existing programming team. In addition, he is going to be a real asset, I believe, in our china, crystal, and flatware containment division. Right now Corky and I are really busy with the new facility expansion and getting carbon fiber production up and running. Neither of us has time to work with containment. All in all, this is a very good thing! I hope he feels the same way.Excellent!
