    "Salmon the Life Cycle"

This is a 10 inch Figured big leaf maple with African Blackwood base and finial. I used transtint dye, sanded back and did this 2 more times. Sanded back with 600 to get the effect I wanted, look like water

Very Cool Ron, I didn't see the bones on the bottom until I looked at it a second time.

Holy cow Ron, you knocked this out of the park! The blue is gorgeous, the fish seem to glitter and I love the subtle fish bones at the bottom. What are the fish made of?

The fish that are ready to spawn are of copper and silver leave. They are then treated with acid to patina the finish. I also added some glitter and mica powder to add to the effect.

Another work of amazing art. You really take things to a new level. I just in amazed at the work you do and techniques you employ.
When working I had more money than time. In retirement I have more time than money. Love the time, miss the money.
