    Cherry Bowl

Here is a neat cherry bowl it has some mineral staining throughout the piece. It's so ugly maybe someone will buy it at the show.
It measures 8 3/4'' X 3 1/4" finish is Rocklers Gel Poly and buffed on the Beall.

Not ugly, filled with natural character. In a hundred years you will not be able to see that mineral staining and it will be a nice dark uniform brown that we all love to see and call "Pennsylvania cherry". Nice shape, Jim.

I have done so much with so little for so long I am now qualified to do anything with nothing......

P.S. If you are interested in plans for any project that I post, just put some money in an envelope and mail it to me and I will keep it.

  3. Nothing wrong with that bowl, Jim. Very nice - I like it a lot.

    Thanks for the picture!

Nothing bad about it Jim. I get this often with wild black cherry. It will get that deep wine color and look better as it ages.
