Have everything setup and started to engrave images and images were scrunched down on the Y axis. Laser Head sticks on X axis and moves slowly down cutting off or distorting the image. I am using RDworks v8 along with the Corel Laser Plugin.

Sounds like your machine was not setup at the factory. I'm guessing here, but your cuts are probably not perfect squares and circles either from the engraving you're describing? Google the forum, you're going to need to do the circle and square tests and set all your parameters for the machine. Is this an ebay special? Do you know the make of the machine and the software you are running? Adding that to your signature will help people to help you.

With the power off does the head move smoothly in both directions? Clean your rails and use a light oil not grease
Gotta agree with Keith Winter. Since a google search of the model number "kh-7050h 60 Watt Laser" doesn't return anything relevant, anyone who is going to try to help you is going to need a lot more information about the machine. Manufacturer? Age/New/Used? Where was it purchased? Etc. etc.

Almost sounds like you have a bunch of un-tightened set-screws on your belt cogs, axis drive rods, etc...
