Emails for Subscribed Threads Not Being Sent

I noticed a couple of days ago that I'm no longer getting emails to notify my about new posts in threads I'm subscribed to. I checked my spam filter and nothing from SMC is getting caught there. Any idea what's going on?

Me too. Was just currently searching for the place where I can set up and reinstate email notifications of new posts. Not having any luck finding the spot. Moderators do you have any thoughts on this?

Same here. I'm not getting the notification for an active thread I'm subscribed to.

I've never gotten emails about subscribed threads ....

Two things come to mind. 1) When you subscribe to a thread, be sure to select email notification 2) If you happen to change email addresses for any reason, make sure you change them in your profile here at SMC.

That being said, I believe, Keith and Aaron have been working with a new server and V-Bulletin version so that might be effecting things. Hopefully one of the administrators will see this thread and respond.

Aaron sent me a message to let me know that this problem has been resolved. Let me know if anyone is still unable to receive email notifications.

Thanks, Keith - it's working fine now (and I got over 30 emails that hadn't been sent previously!)
