    Shop vac, unintended consequences

Got a text from my daughter in San Diego last week, it starts out, "I think you are the only one who will see the humor in this". She had been using a shop vac to clean up the house, she's in the living room, can't figure out where all the smoke and particles are coming from, turns around to find the shop vac exhaust is pointed directly into the fireplace. I'm sorry, I laughed.😂
Reality continues to ruin my life!

Similar. My son was using the shop vac for a good long time cleaning the finished basement. I wonder what he is doing, so I go down and see a fog cloud of sorts. He's oblivious and just vacuuming.
There's no filter on the vac as I had just cleaned it. Took an entire day of dusting sweeping and more efficient vacuuming to clean it up.
