rdworks importing files filled in black??

I am trying to import a png file into rdworks, but it imports a solid color only. What am I doing wrong?

I've had that issue, it's something to do with your file, possibly layers. Normally that happens when I try to import a vector file from illustrator with layers stacked on each other. It doesn't read layers properly. PNG supports transparency, might have something to do with it. Try saving it a different format first.

It is odd because it shows fine in the preview. Then when imported, it is black??

Kyle - Have you tried another PNG file to see if it does that for all that type?
