Can't Register for FreeStuff Drawings

Am trying to register in the xmas draws but only icon showing is reply with quote.
Every time I try am told I don't have permission. Is that because it is only open to US members

The FreeStuff Drawings here are only open to Contributors. Use the Donate Button on the blue menu bar to upgrade your account.
Generally all of our FreeStuff drawings are open to those outside of the continental US unless the sponsor specifies a limit.
