WHCX-Laser Dongle

Hello, I purchased a Chinese laser machine from Hurricane Lasers, about 2 1/2 years ago, and they have since went out of business. I have recently been having issues with my dongle for Lasercut, and now it seems that the dongle is not even recognized when I plug it in. My first question is does anyone have any troubleshooting tips for the dongle (like ways to clean it) or anything else that I can do to get it working ? If I wiggle it, it may eventually bring the software up, but the last time it took about 20 minutes or fooling with it. My other question is, can anyone direct me to any US company which may sell them ( the only one I found was a Chinese company) and I would much rather deal with the US.

Yep Call Rabbit Laser USA I'm Pretty sure they have lasercut dongles oh one other thing try a different port I find lots of times usb port just quit working.
