There is a whole range of saw shops in terms of equipment and skill.

Most all of them can replace a couple teeth and grind them in.

Grinding in a new tooth takes a while because it usually requires several passes to get it to match the others.

You can grind it down in one pass (Hogging) but it is hard on the carbide.

Pretty much the limit of what a shop can repair is cracking in a saw blade and that is am OSHA regulation.
