    Laser Beam Colors?

    Hi,

So for my last few tubes I purchased them from the manufacture. This time I needed on fast so I bought it from light object. The tube is a different brands, and it works. A little less power it seems. Still testing..

The beam color is not a bright. My old tube was pretty white. This one is more purple. Any of you experience this? What colors is your beam when cutting at a higher power say 80%

    Thanks

Never actually looked at the beams except in the first mirrors. The Triumph beam is a light pink, my LS900, when you can see it, is white. Have no idea on my ULS, the box is in the way.

That's the plasma you can see in the tube not a laser beam Clark, from a lighter blue to mauve right down to a darker mauve or purple isn't uncommon. It's a relationship to the gas mix that changes the colour of the plasma
    You did what !

From what I've read pink or purple is good. As the tube starts to wear out it'll turn white.
