Help wiring 230v blower motor

Hello all, I just purchased: http://www.leeson.com/leeson/searchp...&productType=0 off of ebay. It is 230v, single phase. It has 5 wires: 2 black, 1 red, 1 white, and 1 green. How do I wire this into a normal 2 wire + ground 220v outlet? I am attempting to upload some pictures.
