I have emailed them and am hoping for a speedy response.
I was just wondering if anyone else had problems with poor communication from them. I know sometimes you will never a tracking # from some companies and the package still arrives no problem.

Laser Object wasn't that as clear as mud.
It's hidden in the frantic request for you thoughts..
How did you request the item be shipped...

Handling time: 1 day(24hrs)
Cut off time for regular mail is 2:00PM PST including USPS First class mail, Priority mail, Express mail, UPS Ground, and Fedex Ground.
Cut off time for UPS or Fedex Next Day or 2nd Day is 12:00PM PST.

Regular ground , but from CA it normally only takes 2 days for stuff to arrive here. Yes a little frantic. Doing a job right now, and wan't to make sure I have a backup tube just in case. Also I ordered another product from another company and it's been over a week with no response as to tracking, even when I emailed them for an update. So I a little on edge.
Also I look forward to testing their product.

sorry I meant lightobject. I neIver did get tracking, but I called and was told it was delivered. I am at my main work and hope all is ok when I get home. Once we got 2 tubes broken from UPS. Two different times.
