I would recommend visiting a cabinet sales store just to look at all the woods and compare with the flooring. A good store will have natural woods of all kinds, at least some small sample pieces.
Maybe even speak with a designer to get some thoughts, as a lot will depend on the amount of lighting (natural and artificial), number and size of cabinets, adjacent wall colors, appliance colors, and adjacent doors, countertop colors and material, etc.

Generally, designers can be helpful and not pressure you to purchase. As an architect, I just wanted to make sure you are considering all of the adjacent materials and surfaces, not just the floor and cabinets, because these other items will either clash or compliment the cabinets.
