    granite tile

I know that there are several threads about granite tile but I have been asked to do something a little different. The customer wants black tile in a not so certain size which if I take the black granite tile from the HD store and cut it in half to 6 X 12 it works for what the customer wants. The problem comes in to the next part. Customer wants these to stand up, like you would see in a garden or a tree dedication, etc. does anyone know where to find stands for something like this or has anyone done something similar?

I would think a piece of tile cut at an angle would work nicely as a prop(silicone sealant as a glue), or maybe some stainless steel plate, etc. Plenty of options.

If they are for interior use, and you can adjust the size a bit, picture frames work really well.

I do this as well, and I also make copper and brass jewelry. So I make stands out of 10 gauge copper wire and add some other decorations.
