The DELTA 17-959L 17" Laser Crosshair Drill Press features a fully adjustable, powered TWINLASER pod that projects a bright red crosshair on the workpiece at the point of bit contact. This drill press comes equipped with an industry leading 18x14" tilting table for woodworking applications, and tilts 0-90° left and right, and 0-45° forward with positive stops at 0, 45 and 90°. This will help you to position your workpiece without creating time-consuming jigs. The table has a removable insert for larger bit applications. Two T-Slots are machined into the table which allow you to accuratly and firmly secure your workpiece or use a variety of attachments and accesories. The flexible lamp provides extra light to the work surface. Sixteen speeds allow for drilling a wide variety woods, plastics and metals. This unit has a full 4-7/8" quill stroke for deeper drilling applications. This drill press has a 3/4-HP induction motor for long lasting performance and a large non-tip base for increased stability.
