Inca 20" Band Saw

I'm looking at an Inca Expert model 500 20" band saw on CL for $650. I've never heard of one, any input?

That is the same as their US model 710. It is a table top, three wheel bandsaw. I would not pay $650 for a used table top saw - I wouldn't pay that even for a brand spankety new one. YMMV.

I would love to add one of those to my bandsaw arsenal, but $650 is a little steep. Especially when you can get a new 14" machine for less, with enough left over for a set of blades.
This machine was sold by Garrett-Wade back in the 80's and was a pricey machine then, coming from Austria (I think).
With the number of good options on the market today, I would negotiate for a better price. Just my deflated .02 worth.
