    Nice curly White Ash bowl approx. 11"

    This is one of those nice pieces of wood you can find in any larger Ash tree, it will show under that large limb or on the bottom end where the wind forces the wood to move up or down and back and forth, swaying in the wind.

    The ripple and chatoyance are just unreal at times, like this piece it shows when smoothly finished, it’s about 11”

    Thats some very nice figure in that wood indeed! Nice work on the bowl as well.

    That's beautiful! I turn a lot of curly sugar maple and this piece challenges all of them! Nice work Leo!!

    Very nice wood. The grain seems to minimize seeing the rim treatment that I think would come across better with plain wood. My wife would like to have it on her shelf for sure.

    Thank you Steve , Oh yes you are right Steve, quilted and curly Maple can be beautiful Steve, I’ve had some to turn, with a bit of aging of the color you are right that is just wonderful stuff also.
