Cermark Vytek 35 watt laser etcher

Hi guys. My boss is considering doing some etching on stainless steel, aluminum sheets glass. he saw a demonstration online of the effects Cermark has on metals and was very impressed. Just wondering what everyone's experience here with a Vytek laser and Cermark is. We have a 35 watt Vytek LS 4896 4'x8' model, was wondering if anyone with a similar model laser can chime in on how well they Cermark works with it. Is 35 watts powerful enough for use with Cermark? What particular product do you use? Was also wondering where in Canada we could purchase or order the stuff through. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

    thanks.

35w is more than enough on stainless..... not had luck on glass or alum or brass....... But Stainless it is GREAT!

100% power 20% spd is what is recommended and is a good setting for me. I use the Cermark Spray LMM 6000 spray because it is self contained and convenient others prefer to buy the powered and mix/air brush on.

CO2: 90-100% power (35 watt laser) 15-30% speed (Ferro Web site)
