Printer Error - "Error Priting on Epilog Engraver WinX64"

I am not able to send a job from corelx6 to my epilog helix.
I'm getting the response "Error Printing on Epilog Engraver WinX64"
I was on Epilog support setting up the driver and installed it properly and "ping" using the cmd ping 192.168.3.9
We set up he ip protocol along the way and that number did not match the printer ip 192.168.3.9 - not sure if that is a issue.
I feel like I am missing a step or did not enter the proper ip addresses
    I am using windows 8.
Anybody know the technical details on a problem like this?

If you are using IP to connect...yes it is a problem. The two addresses would have to match.

Mark - followed the steps with Epilog Tech support.
Bob - Epilog told me the ip protocol settings would be different. That seemed strange to me. I am connecting the computer to the my engraver using a Epilog ethernet cable.
I was able to ping the machine from the computer so I assume the set up is working properly.

This thread should be of help. Scroll down to Anthony Scira for the meat of the issue.

Life and death don't bother me. It's that little period of time in between that bothers me.
