I am thinking of expanding the shop

My shop is 24x24 with a 7x24 shed roof off one side. I've been thinking about adding 8' to the back of the shop (as part of the shop) and looking at a 20'x8' container instead of stick built. Has anyone actually seen this done? I've seen a number of video on the tube but I can't see all the quirks involved....if any, by watching vids.

Can't comment on the feasibility of adding a shipping container to your shop, but if the end you want to add to has a gable end, would be a fairly easy addition, although if I were adding on, would probably add as much as possible, as no shop is ever big enough. I just put on a 15 x 26 addition, it changed a lot more in the shop than just the added storage, as it affected the way I handle plywood. And I still have wood that won't fit.
