    Ash Bowls

Here are Two Natural edge Ash Bowls. The wood was laying on the ground for some time and the bark pealed right off. So I wood burned the top to simulate the color. 8 coats of Minwax Antique Oil. Then Beal buffed. Comments welcome! Thanks for looking!

I don't often see end-grain bowls, these are lovely.

Nice bowls! Love the first one, was that a limb that grew out of the center? Love them all actually.

Super bowls--so thin and great finish. Sometimes warping makes one this thin awfully tough.

Nice lift to the bowl. Great job centering the growth rings. Like the edge treatment. Most ash killed by the ash bore beetle have lose bark.
