    Dust system

Hi Guys, installed my new dust system today, fellow turner Jack Savona showed me how to make it. Sanded all day no dust in the shop or in my nose, works great.

For some reason, Joe, I can't click on the pics...so it is hard to see what I'm looking at (and I'm looking at a 65" screen!) Maybe I'll try back later... Looks cool, though.
    I drink, therefore I am.

I tried again, with no luck. Don't know what I'm doing wrong. Sorry.

So we are seeing a box fan with a filter in front of it, and the whole thing over a trash can, right?

I think that the original images are too small to be enlarged... I mean that they are probably the original image size.... ???

So, what kind of filter or filters? Are you trying to get the 'under 1 micron' dust or just the majority that used to go into the air? How often you you have to change the filter(s)?

Hi Joe, I would appreciate further details particularly about the type of filter you have used and how the dust drops into the container

I'm still wondering why you don't use breathing protection 24/7 while in the shop? You have a family?
