    How to paint PVC Board?

For those of you that have worked with PVC board, what kind of paint are you using on it, to get it to stick?
This is not Trex. This is called PVC board, and locally I can only get it at Lowes.

I recently painted some coroplast and used Krylon Fusion for plastic. It seemed to be the highest rated. I found a good supply at Ace Hardware.

I use Sherwin Williams adhesion promoting primer, brown can, not blue, followed by Grahams Ceramic top coat. Lightly sand surface to create small scratches for better adhesion.

I recently made a mail box out of PVC and simply did a light sanding and wiped it down with Acetone and painted it with a good grade of latex paint. So far so good.
