The poker table is done (pic and site)

Well, it's been a little over a month in the works, but the oak and walnut inlay poker table for my new bar room is done and is ready for inspection by the "pros". The finished product is pictured below. As promised, for those who may be interested in the complete construction process, you can check it out, picture by picture at my web log at the following address. Hope you enjoy the picture essay. Click on the site address and scroll down to the start of the essay.

Fred, to say that I'm impressed would be an understatement! That table really rocks and, like John H. said, great documentation, to boot! I'm sure it will bring you and a special circle of friends much pleasure. Well done!

Wow Fred, that's a great table. Very well done. It's inspired me, and I don't even play poker.

Fred, first of all, you are a craftsman. That ain't no darn book shelf project. I throughly enjoyed your photo log and the commentary. Stunning! Also, I had never seen it before and got just as much enjoyment from your bar room remodel, again, nice commentary from raw beginning to end. What a great "tavern" room you created there! Excellent work and thanks for sharing.
