    Heads up Kentuckians

    Just talked to my sawyer, said he is cutting up 3 osage orange logs tomorrow. Will not post link, but if your close to Lawrenceburg, send me a pm and I will give you his contact info.

    I don't turn or make long bows, but I know you guys love this stuff.

    It was the best wood to use for bows before the Indians invented guns..... Lol............. Jerry (in Tucson)

    Oaklahoma Indians rode all the way to Illinois to trade the horse for a Osage bow. One of the best American woods for bows, but sure hard on chainsaw chains.
