This is poor/improper techinique. Let the sander to the work, not your weight. If it's not fast enough for you without puching down , use a lower grit paper. If it's still not fast enough for you, get a more aggressive sander. Like a rotex. With lower grit paper. Stop bearing down on your sander.If theres and uneven joint and I want it to sand it down by pressure i
