    slightly figured Hard Maple

Pretty minimal type piece. I love hard maple in flat work but never really turned anything of size. It polishes out like glass. I will have to try some more. 3 1/2" x 11" x 14 1/2"

I is one of several boards I have dragged around the country over the years. It's part of a Canadian Maple that was shipped to AR in the 1980's and has since been in AR, GA, AR again, TX, OK, TX again. I used my Cypress and now I just have a couple of large Maple and 1 Teak board, same vintage.
