    Y problem when cutting

    Hi

I was just reading a post on backslash settings and decided to test my machine. I never went to details before since i use laser mostly for cutting wood.
I noticed before that line when cutting isn’t perfectly straight but i didn't take attention since i have to sand wood anyway on edges so it didn’t matter.
The problem is with Y lines. If i cut line on Y axis it’s not straight.
I try to go through every possible setting since cleaning and changing the X axis belt didn’t help. Check for any loos screw try to change belt tension on Y and X but still the same.
I really don't know any more what to try. I was also thinking that might be the rails but then the problem will be always at same place but it's not.

    Any ideas?

    Hi uros,
it looks like the backslash is in the Y axis the little waves are in the Y direction not X axis. if you mean this as not straight. check the Y belts and eventually tighten the Y belts but both sides, and check the drive connectors that all screw are tight.
    greetings
