Got a mail from these guys , seems they only started in 2011 with these , so not too sure of their credentials or claimed performance , at any rate , there is an alternative for higher quality tubes (according to them)

I'm from EFR, professional CO2 laser tube manufacturer since 2006, our 10000hours CO2 laser tube is better than RECI.
On our tube the two metal ends is welded to the glass tube, but RECI stick the metal end to tube by glue. Glue will pollute the space tube more or less. The factory test proves that our tube performance is better RECI. And we are supplying to some big factories now. Such as the company has three factories in Jinan, Zhejiang and Shenzhen; the factory who is stock market listed.
